Origin of LDK
I always start out by saying, ”Of each particular thing, ask, what is it in itself; what is its nature?” The significance of the letters LDK represents a personal affection. I wanted it to represent my one and only daughter. Hence her initials came to mind. As I drew a rough draft and played with all types of lettering and tons of images, the vision started to come to full fruition. I drew the image that a six year old child would have been much more adept; but, nevertheless when I sent the idea to my daughter, she fine tuned the logo. A mother and daughter tag team came into being and LDK was born.

- Lies have been told since the beginning of time.
- Lies began with the serpent in the garden after God created man. Lies were then and are now routine. There will always be people in society who will routinely tell lies. Be leery of the serpents in the garden and their routine.
- “And for this reason God will send them strong delusion that they believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness” (2 Thessalonians 2:11-12).
- “And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do these things which are not convenient” (Romans 1:28).

About the Author
The author was born in Youngstown, Ohio. She was raised on the east side of the city. First in a project housing authority, then later moved into a house purchased by the patriarch of the family. She attended public schools until she was seven years old. At the age of eight she moved with her dad to Cleveland, Ohio which began her education in a private parochial school system.
She returned to Youngstown and attended private parochial schools until she graduated from Ursuline High School. She attended Youngstown State University. At the age of twenty-two she moved to Chicago Illinois and earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) followed by a Master of Science in Information Systems (MScIS) both Cum Laude. She also attended and completed the PhD curriculum Summa Cum Laude PhD Information Systems (ABD).
She is a software engineer – data scientist and worked at major top ten organizations. She was also a long standing member of the IEEE Executive Board of Directors in Region Four Chicago until 2017. She began writing Christian books led by the Lord. She became a born-again Christian at the age of twelve and the Lord has remained by her side for over 50 years amidst the ups and downs. He has remained faithful.
